We build tools people don't have to fight.
Kitwell began as a booking system for a beauty salon. Building it, we kept seeing the same thing: a small business runs on five tools that don't talk to each other, and every new tool means retraining people.
So we rebuilt it as a kit: modules on one core, with one look and one way of working. A business takes what it needs. The people in it learn it once.
We are a small team. We say what is ready and what isn't, and we build the next module from what the businesses using Kitwell ask for.
What we hold to
- People first, screens second.
- A tool is good when the person on shift doesn't have to think about it.
- Say what's ready.
- Every module carries its real status.
- One way to do a thing.
- What you learned in one module works in the next.
